 A visão do Futuro não exclcusiva de Sun Ra. embora fosse ele o grande Profeta do Cosmos, os neo-futuristas Sonic Youth recriaram uma composição de John Cage numa ode de adeus ao Século XX, John Coltrane deixou-se contagiar por Ra e compôs Sturn álbum chamado Interstellar Space e depois tínhamos de ouvir Sun Ra ao vivo, ele que chegou a actuar em Portugal.
